Next Day Delivery* is free on orders over £30 (ex. VAT) to most UK and Northern Ireland addresses. The Delivery cost for orders under £30 (ex. VAT) is only £3.90 (ex. VAT).
Next Day Delivery* is available on most of our standard stock items. Items must be in stock and the order must be placed by4:30pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 4:30pm on Fridays will be delivered the next working day which would be Monday (except for orders placed over a bank holiday period).The stock and delivery times are indicated in every product list and every individual product page (as indicated below).
Heavier and bulkier items - e.g. furniture, whiteboards, safes etc - will always take longer. These items are located in our furniture warehouse which is serviced by a dedicated furniture courier. In stock items are listed as 2-5 working day’s delivery. Items which are out of stock will show a lead time based on the supplier's delivery date to us and include the standard 2-5 working day delivery time. It is not possible to specify a delivery date on such.
We use couriers instead of Royal Mail because they are reliable, offer a next day service and provide full tracking information. Most couriers charge extra to deliver to postcodes included in the 'Highlands and Islands'.
You will receive an automated email from us confirming your order. This email also indicates that your order is now being processed. If any items cannot be dispatched on the day you order, you will receive a back order email the following day telling you when those items will arrive.
If you have ordered a 'Special Order' item - the item is ordered specifically for you, directly from the manufacturer. As this lead time varies between products and manufacturers, we estimate the lead time to be between 4-21 working days. Once we have placed your order with the manufacturer, we will send you an email with the current lead time for the product purchased. These dates are always an estimate and the actual delivery date may vary. Any variance in lead time does not invalidate the sale agreement.
All orders are dispatched by courier and need to be signed for on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot specify exact delivery times so if you’re going to be away on the estimated delivery date, try to get someone to sign on your behalf.
* Denotes next working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day and delivered the day after that. So, for example, an order for a product with next day delivery made on a Saturday will be processed on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday.
Returns & Refunds
We do our very best to ensure that orders are processed, picked and packed accurately. However, once in a blue moon, something goes wrong with a delivery - items are missing, the wrong product arrives or an item is damaged.
If there is a problem with your order; you receive an item in error (known as a 'picking error'), an item is missing or an item from your order is damaged in any way, we will arrange collection and send out replacements. Missing item/ Picking error item/ damaged item - within 3 working days
Unwanted item - within 14 days (10 working days)
Due to health and safety reasons we’re unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee and water.
If you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value.
Once the Products are back at our warehouse and we have had an opportunity to inspect them to check that they are in resalable conditions we will then process the refund if you paid for the goods using Paypal.
The refund/credit will be in respect of the price of the Product, including any delivery charges is applicable, this will be as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of us receiving the Product in our warehouse.
